La-Sharon is a former competitive bodybuilder and fitness competitor with a background in dance, boxing, and martial arts. She is the owner & operator of Gospel of Fitness specializing in holistic health and wellness. La-Sharon has over twenty-five years of experience in the fitness industry which includes: Personal Training, Nutrition, Pilates, Power Plate, Mentoring & Coaching. La-Sharon is also a motivational speaker and an ordained minister whose main purpose is to meet people where they are while inspiring, encouraging, and empowering them to become more. She is very active in the Las Vegas community and offers her heart and hand with mentoring and counseling at the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, and with victims of Domestic Violence, Trafficking, Grievance, and Recovery. Her belief is: “You are not one dimensional, and neither should be your approach to fitness.
