The History of Pilates

We are a private studio that hosts private and duet sessions. The studio is an oasis in the desert. Free of distractions a person is free to practice the Pilates Method in an atmosphere that is conducive to a true mind-body connection. This mind-body connection is the overall goal in Pilates and therefore requires an environment which is conducive to creating such a state of being.
