There is something quite liberating about the truth. Truth brings light. Truth in action is integrity. Truth brings the soul into alignment with the Almighty God of the universe. Truth is absolute. Truth is at the very core of a developed conscience with a moral compass. Truth can be measured in the body by means of muscle testing or by a polygraph test. Truth brings about revelation (Revealed Knowledge).

To be made free by the truth, you must first have a knowledge of the truth. Then you must acknowledge the truth as truth for you. Having a knowledge of the truth, but refusing to acknowledge the truth as truth is denial and will lead to deception. It is not knowing the truth about someone else that makes you free. It is knowing the truth about yourself that makes you free.

There is power in identification. The first step for solving any dilemma is to first acknowledge there is a situation. True power is in the ability to identify. “Identify to Rectify”. Most of life’s problems are because of a lack of knowledge. Most people do better when they know better. Thus it is in the lack of knowledge or the inability to identify a problem where destruction begins.

For instance: If someone is fighting an addiction problem or a problem with compulsive behaviors, but refuses to acknowledge there is a problem, the chances of seeking help will be slim to none. After all, why would a solution ever be sought out if there is no problem?!
The first step toward recovering from any situation is in the acknowledging there is a problem. Being able to identify the specific problem, is even better. When the root of a problem is located, the fruit will be eradicated.

There will be an internal shift before an external manifestation of change. It is the ability to identify the truth about a situation be it a habit, a person, lifestyle, bodyweight, relationship, etc. that helps to bring about change. When it’s time for a change, you will know. When staying the same becomes more painful than changing, you’ll do something different. When you are able to identify, you will have the ability to rectify.
